This unique, original work of art was inspired by the amazing organ that is the human brain. This piece was started with multiple layers of delicately laid acrylic wash. Paint was also applied with detailed masking and includes my unique graphite-drawn freeform technique. A vibrant blue color covers the edges of the canvas allowing the piece to be hung boldly without the need for a custom frame. The painting was sprayed with a semi-gloss varnish for enhanced beauty and increased longevity.
